Rules and Conditions *
The parent’s role
1. Providing a suitable place for their children to attend educational classes.
2. Creating appropriate conditions (calmness, listening, and being in a place designated and prepared for study)
3. Provide intelligent devices, laptops, or computers to join the class.
4. Assisting children with the technicalities they need to join the class.
5. Ensuring attendance at educational classes and being present.
6. Ensure that paper assignments are printed so that children can complete the assignments required of them.
7. Ensure that the student joins the Google Classrooms by clicking on the link sent by the teacher and then entering the classroom, and clicking on Join now.
8. Ensure that classes are not recorded, out of respect for the privacy of teachers and students.

The student’s role
1. Commitment to the specified time for classes
Sitting properly (not sleeping or eating)
2. Respect the time and follow the teacher’s instructions
3. Listening and not interrupting the teacher and others in any way, and waiting for the turn to participate
4. Participation, positive interaction and speaking only after the permission of the teacher
5. Asking parents for help to join the class when needed
6. Open the camera throughout the class so that the teacher can see it
7. Turn off the sound all the time except when sharing or requesting participation.
8. Attention and commitment to doing paperwork and delivering it on time
9. Commitment to entering school programs and doing electronic homework

Overview of the class structure:
For 3-7 years old, students:
Two back-to-back classes weekly.
Classes are typically 35 to 40 minutes long each, depending on the level and interaction of the children with the students.
There will be a short 5 to 10 minutes break between the two classes.

For 8 to 15 years old students:
Two back-to-back classes weekly.
Classes are typically 40 to 45 minutes long each, depending on the level and interaction of the children with the students.
There will be a short 5 to 10 minutes break between the two classes.

Overview of the timeline:
1) The academic year.
The academic year begins on the first of September each year.
The academic year ends in mid-June of the following year.
The study is divided into three semesters.
The first semester is from September to the end of November.
The second semester is from December to the end of February.
The third semester is from March to mid-June
Public holidays:
The official study holidays coincide with the official holidays in European schools. In addition to any special holidays such as Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha

2) Class schedule.
For weekend classes:
Classes begin from 9:00 until 15:00 at the latest.
Example: When the class starts at 9:00, the study ends at 10:30.
Approximately an hour and a half for two sessions, depending on the level

For weekday classes:
Classes start from 17:00 until 20:00 at the latest.
Example: When class starts at 17:00, class ends at 18:30.
Approximately an hour and a half for two sessions, depending on the level

Note:
After the quarterly results appear, students who need reinforcement may transfer to lower levels appropriate to their abilities. Students who pass the exams with excellent results transfer to higher levels that suit their abilities. Students who pass the exams with acceptable averages may be kept in their classes and given auxiliary materials to strengthen their level.


Privacy policy:
Parents and students are not allowed to photograph the lessons
Neither parents nor students have the right to share any pictures of the classes, the teacher, or classmates
The school has the right to take photographs to display on its main website and on social media platforms to encourage students and urge them to continue their lessons unless the parents officially request not to share their children’s pictures.
